Trademark Registry registration form

Applications for trademark registration must be submitted using the Electronic Trademark Registration Form.

Other applications for registration with the Trademark Registry must be submitted using the proper form, in two duly completed copies.

The Registration Forms may be printed out and completed or picked up at the OMPA offices.

For it to be resolved, you must first pay the corresponding registration tax and the public fee for the Application Form.

Payment of these taxes and the public fee may be made directly to the OMPA by credit card or by any other form of payment.
