1. Become owner or exclusive holder of a registered verbal trademark in Andorra. Non-residents in Andorra must be represented before the Office of Trademarks of the Principality of Andorra (OMPA) by an accredited representative.

Apply to the State Signs Service for
the use of ".ad" in a domain name. This domain name must
be the same as the registered verbal trademark
3. Obtain an IP address. This may be an IP address awarded by the Andorra Telecommunications Service (STA) or by any other Local Internet Registry authorised by the Réseaux IP Européens (RIPE) (http://www.ripe.net/) or the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) (http://www.icann.org/).

Once you have obtained authorisation from the State Signs
Service and an IP address, you should apply to the Andorra
Telecommunications Service (STA), as manager of the ".ad"
NIC, to link the authorised domain name with the IP address
(http://www.nic.ad/pdf/templateAD.txt).
